Puerto Vallarta Villa Thirty Eight is located between Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo on Mexico's Pacific coasts, is famous for its well-preserved natural beauty and landscape, innovative architecture and pleasant year-round climate and is one of the very rare picturesque places that isn't overrun by tourists.

Developed 35 years ago, its international community appreciates the privacy and beauty of the place, as well as the local colorful Mexican atmosphere.  The beautiful  Villa Thirty Eight is one of the first houses on the coast. Its built on a cliff and offers stunning views of a rock island in front and the immense blue ocean.

It has three bedrooms, each having the sea; two with king-size beds, and one with two double beds. All bedrooms have their own large bathroom and dressing room. One of the rooms has air conditioning while the other two have ceiling fans.

There is a large palapa, a dining area for 10, a breakfast area and a sheltered sunset or star watching bed with a fantastic view of the rocks, illuminated at night.
