When it comes to keeping busy on your vacation in Turks and Caicos, the options are nearly limitless.

Golf
Golf is a popular pastime, with several 18 hole courses that are among the best in the world. The Provo Golf Club, in particular, is known for hosting the Caribbean Amateur Open several years in the past.

Deep Sea Diving
Of course, with the amazing clear ocean surrounding the islands, water sports are also a big activity to enjoy. Consider deep sea diving, with boat tours to take you to the most incredible reefs and shipwrecks, or just snorkeling a little closer to shore.

Parasailing
You can join a tour to explore a deserted island, try deep sea fishing or even attempt parasailing. The options are truly endless when it comes to enjoying your time with Turks and Caicos villa rentals.

Turks and Caicos Dining & Nightlife

Turks and Caicos Villa Dining and Nightlife

Along with plenty to do and see, Turks and Caicos also offers an extensive selection of dining and nightlife options for visitors. A large proportion of the upscale restaurants are located in Povidenciales, with a range of Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean and of course fresh local seafood.

There are many beachside bars to enjoy a cocktail before dinner, or perhaps a nightcap. Of course, for a bigger night out you can head to the Casablanca Casino and Club. While small, the patrons are varied and the staff incredibly attentive to detail.

Turks and Caicos Weather

Turks and Caicos Beaches

No matter what the season, staying in Turks and Caicos villa rentals will undoubtedly be a pleasant experience. While there are slight shifts to indicate the changing seasons, the temperature on the islands never dips below 70 degrees. Along with the enviable temperature, Turks and Caicos gets less than 50 inches of rain each year, creating the perfect environment for a beach vacation.

You will never have to worry about chilly waters, as even the Atlantic Ocean surrounding the shoreline stays at a consistent 80 degrees year round. Whatever time of year you experience Turks and Caicos, it will be an experience not soon forgotten.

Turks and Caicos

The villa was perfect for our large family! Enough space for privacy, and ample room for conviviality. Ed was a great help. Everything was just great!

Turks and Caicos

Excellent house for large parties. Nice landscaping. Enjoyed kayak. Would love it if owners bought some stand up paddle boards:)

Turks and Caicos

We just returned from our stay at Villa 85 in the Turks & Caicos. The villa was in a great location, very secluded and romantic, yet a short drive to Grace Bay, shopping and restaurants.

We loved the less crowded leeward end of Grace Bay and the miniature golf that was very close to the villa (you can drink rum punches while playing).

We rented kayaks from Big Blue and kayaked around Mangrove Cay and Iguana Island. Then we brought kayaks to the villa and we kayaked to Long Bay Beach. The water just down the steps of the dock is just a few feet deep, making swimming and kayaking very easy.

Food on the island was good, but we had more fun grilling at home and eating outside. Overall, we had an amazing time and can't recommend Villa 85 highly enough.

“This is our fourth year at Villa 98 and we love it so much. It is peaceful and spacious. We look forward to returning again and again, God willing.”

“Our honeymoon was just perfect. We really didn’t want to leave and go back to the real world"

Turks and Caicos

We had the pleasure of staying 2 weeks on Provo and spent our second week in this incredible house with additional family. In all 5 girls, 11 and under, who all had a great time in the pool and at the beach. The house had everything you could need and was setup so perfect for our family with the different rooms, 2 washers and dryers, absolutely stunning outdoor space. The little community of houses along the beach was a great atmosphere. It was just you and a couple of neighbors who had an entire beautiful beach to yourself. We had a lot of fun in kayaks and spent countless hours "hunting" the turtles who always seemed a step ahead of us. We did get to see many come up near us and the kids had a blast guessing where they would pop up next. There was even a few time snorkeling off the kayak that we were able to catch a glimpse of them swimming by. We highly recommend the pirate boat cruise that will pick you up out front and Provo ponies which is a ~15 min ride but well worth the trip.

Turks and Caicos

Beautiful, relaxing & perfectly situated! Thank you for a wonderful vacation – we three girls had a delightful trip. When we weren’t lounging on Taylor Bay or exploring the island, the porch the pool and airy living room were the perfect retreat. We had everything we needed… and more. The view from the porch will stay in our minds for years to come… at least until we return!

Turks and Caicos

This was our 4th time to Turks and Caicos Islands, renting houses all over the island, and this one is by far the best rental we have had. So if you're on the fence... do it! Before we rent it again!

Turks and Caicos

We just finished a great week in TCI! Our stay at Villa 99 and its three living areas was just perfect for us! We were a family group of 15 covering three generations. We're the grandparents with our three sons, their wives, and 7 grandchildren from ages two to 17. Great location on Grace Bay Beach (one of the best in the world!) and a short walk to the snorkeling reef! The complex is large enough for each family group to have their own living space and yet congregate as a complete unit for group dinners and nighttime family fun! The weather was perfect for our complete stay and the Grace Bay water was calm enough for even the youngest member to enjoy herself in the water! Island infrastructure is adequate with a modern supermarket nearby and fresh fish is available at the Provo fish monger with just caught fish in a cooler at the roadside. We visited a few other beaches on Provo during our stay, one at Turtle Bay, and another at a very pristine snorkeling reef, Smith's Reef! We also had a great family dinner at Da Conch Shack and the conch were absolutely fresh with nighttime entertainment right on the water! Great fun! We made our booking months ahead of time based on internet pictures. This is one place where the pictures accurately reflected the real location! We all have fond memories and a huge treasure trove of family pictures of our stay in TCI!

Villa 100 is very comfortable and well equipped and we look forward to enjoying the new black out bedroom curtains that are on there way to you now. Other than that, the house was perfect for our needs. And having a private beach was priceless! I know your motto is to welcome guests “home”, but you go far beyond that. You made every minute of our stay special and we all felt like family. Mariette is still asking for you wondering where you are. Pencil us in for next January and I’ll get back to you with exact dates….Giselle, Jan 2014

Turks and Caicos

The vacation at Villa 99 (Villa Windrose Estate) was a delight. We stayed at both the beachhouse and the cottage. Both were terrific. The ocean front beachhouse is ideally located on Grace Beach, only 200 feet from great snorkelling and within an easy 'beach-walk' to a number of very good restaurants. Besides the spectacular view and sea breeze, the beachhouse has a Carribbean charm and character that you would be hard pressed to find in a hotel or resort. The beachhouse itself was spotless and comfortable. The open floor plan in the living area ensured great cross breezes so the air conditioning was really never needed. It also meant that there was an uninterrupted ocean view from the kitchen, the indoor dining area, the salon and the master bedroom. The huge outdoor deck with loungers and hammocks and another dining area meant that you could even get the ocean experience without ever touching the sand - if you were so inclined. The cottage had a lovely garden view, bougainvilleas, cactus, oleander, azaleas. It is only a few steps from the beach and was equally spotless and comfortable, very private and cozy. The property managers are very professional and welcoming, and made every effort to ensure that the holiday experience in Turks was a great one. Add to this the fabulous weather - bright blue skies - temperatures of between 78-82 - the rain respectfully arriving at night so as not to ruin any day time activities! - the mesmerizing ocean colours and waves - beautiful parrotfish, groupers, eagle rays, turtles and tangs to swim with - great books to read - all in all a wonderful, soul refreshing, vacation.

Turks and Caicos

Villa One (Villa Alamandra) was lovely; big enough that we all could spread out yet the common areas are intimate enough that it was perfect for our family.

Turks and Caicos

It was perfect villa was relaxing lots of out door area loved it housekeeper was great loved her manager was very helpful went out of her way to be helpful in getting us settled and comfortable. quiet location which i love really a great experience.

Turks and Caicos

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa One (Villa Alamandra). There was plenty of room for everyone. Really enjoyed the layout of everything and it was so wonderful to wake up to the sunshine and pool and ocean views every morning. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and everything was there for us to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. Loved it!

Turks and Caicos

You walk in and immediately feel relaxed. The view is beyond amazing and you can basically sit outside all day - either under a roof or by a pool. The full kitchen was great, we did all breakfast and lunches at the Villa and then went out for dinner. The bedrooms were nice and the bathrooms nice too. They had a washer dryer so I was able to go home with laundry already done. The staff was very helpful - the hot water heater pilot light went out twice but they are were immediately to relight it. Great experience.

Turks and Caicos

Villa Five (Casa Varnishkes) is a spectacular property which offers many options to families or groups of friends. This was the second year our family of 11 had the opportunity to spend a week at Villa Five. It was great to return to a house that offers wonderful space and with perfect sleeping options. It also boasts a fabulous, private beach and property that includes a three-bedroom cottage, a fitness center and tennis court (with basketball hoop). We used the facility to the max - dining on the spacious outdoor patio, swimming in the pool, snorkeling off the beach and playing basketball with the grandchildren in the evenings. Villa Five has it all!

Turks and Caicos

We stayed here on our honeymoon, and did not want to leave this paradise. The villa was gorgeous, secluded and very modern. We opened the living room wide open every day, and there was always a cooling wind blowing through. Even though it was July, we only had to run the AC in the master bedroom. Our villa had about everything we could ask for - a nice grill; cooking supplies; rafts for the pool; a cell phone with prepaid minutes for local calls; books; music; towels; and a laundry room. It is great for a romantic getaway, but would be a perfect property to stay at with a few other couples. The master bedroom was amazing with a gorgeous view. The other two bedrooms were nice, too, all with their own full bathrooms and TVs. The only downfall was that the property was not on a beach. Steps led down to a platform over the ocean, and there was a cute little gazebo on the way down for sitting to eat or enjoy the view. Plus, there were many great beaches all within a five- to ten-minute drive, and many of them were pretty secluded. We left the villa several times, but had a hard time staying away for too long, because the place was so nice. Definitely get a rental car and explore the island, it is very easy to get around and there are lots of great restaurants.

Turks and Caicos

Villa was spectacular, exceeding our expectations. Ocean access to clear sand was a huge plus (could swim, paddleboard for miles over shallow sandy bottom when water was calm). Villa was also extremely private, with open lots on either side. Other than Road conditions which are quite bad outside villa (very common), we had a wonderful week on a great island.

Turks and Caicos

The view from Villa 11 (Villa Balinese) was stunning! The water is calm on the south side of the island, so quiet, peaceful and crystal clear. The house opens up so that you are practically living outside, we loved that feature. It is not a house for small children as it has a number of hard edges and lacks railings on steps/bridges... but perfectly acceptable for adults/teenagers. Everything is relatively close by so we didn't have to go far to scuba, snorkel, enjoy dinners, etc.

Turks and Caicos

Turks and Caicos was a beautiful place to visit. We enjoyed having a private home to relax in and the scenery around the villa was perfect.

Turks and Caicos

We stayed at the Villa 11 (Villa Balinese) for a week in March, and it was heaven! The house had everything we needed and then some. We relaxed in luxury and privacy.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 11 (Villa Balinese) is the most gorgeous place in the world. It was my mother's 70th birthday, my sister & I took her and her bff and we all had the vacation of our dreams. Marjorie met us and we hopped in our rental car, took off and headed to the villa. We had it all pre-stocked and just stayed together grilling and eating and laughing for 7 nights/8 days. It was the best vacation of our lives - we all said it over and over and over. The entire process was wonderful - from Tony to Marjorie to Vanessa & Chef Andre and finally Levine who cleaned our place - everyone fabulous and so sweet. LOVED IT.

Turks and Caicos

We went on this trip with three other couples. When we walked through the front door we all gasped at how absolutley gorgous the view was. Then we looked around the villa and had to pinch our selves that this was where we would actually be staying for the week! We had big plans to go to the beach and hangout, but when you have a pool and views like Villa 11 (Villa Balinese) offers, you won't want to leave. We made it to the beach one day out of seven!

Turks and Caicos

My vacation at Villa 12 (Villa Del Sol) was nothing short of a dream vacation! The house was is very clean and in great condition. The staff was wonderful, so friendly and professional. If we needed anything at all the property manager took care of it right away. She was both helpful and courteous, we all felt very well taken care of in her capable hands. The rooms were gorgeous, like something from straight out of a a travel magazine. We were six people, two of which were children, and we felt so at home at Villa 12, this was by far the best vacation we ever had.

Turks and Caicos

Thanks! We had a fabulous time on our trip and everyone commented that we couldn't have stayed at a better place... your house is amazing! We are considering going back to Turks & Caicos next year so I will remember your offer. Thanks again!

Turks and Caicos

Thank you very much for use of your house in Turks & Caicos we all had a wonderful time the house was absolutely amazing reminded of something from MTV cribs! We thought Turks was a lovely chill out island where we got a lot of R n R. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to go again, once more many thanks!

Turks and Caicos

We had a lovely time at Villa 15 (Villa Sounion)! Although our Wisconsin weather is cold, I'm still wearing sandals in an effort to keep a little Provo with me! The home is absolutely gorgeous, extremely well designed for vacationing, and very comfortable. We loved it! We love to cook and found the kitchen very well stocked also. We decided that if the home were ours, the only things we'd add would be an exercise room (treadmill, stationary bike) and a hot tub; but the house was certainly not lacking for anything. My kids loved your Far Side Collection! A wonderful vacation; we'd certainly recommend the home to our friends.

Turks and Caicos

We enjoyed our trip very much. The house was lovely and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. The weather was simply fabulous. We all decided the only things we would change about the house would be to add an exercise room and mini refrigerators in the bedrooms. It really suited us quite well. The stereo was fantastic and you did a beautiful job decorating.... We like to try new things and are constantly looking for a different spot to vacation. We would certainly recommend it to others and will let you know about future use. Thanks again.

Turks and Caicos

Beautiful house with amazing views and staff. Very private setting and relaxing atmosphere.

Turks and Caicos

I really can't think of a more peaceful, relaxing and beautiful place than Villa 20 (Villa Bajacu). We've been trying to figure out when we can get back ever since we left. The food was incredible, along with the accommodations, the view, and pretty much everything about the place!

Turks and Caicos

The villa itself is beautifully located and the architecture is stunning. The staff was absolutely wonderful, always available but very unobtrusive.

Turks and Caicos

This is a beautiful and relaxing place. The staff are wonderful and chef terrific. You will not want to leave. Lived up to all the pictured.

Turks and Caicos

We have had the pleasure and privilege of staying at Villa 23 (Villa Serenity House) two years in a row. We came back because there is no better beach house with heated pool to find that close to an amazing beach. We had a group of two families, 4 adults and 8 kids, all accommodated with ease. The layout of the house and massive covered patio cannot be beat. Many great times and great sunsets enjoyed on the practically private beach. Marjorie was excellent at all our needs throughout the stay. We are looking forward to next year.

Turks and Caicos

We had a group of 13, 8 adults and 5 kids. The age range was from 7 to 96. Villa 23 (Villa Serenity House) was perfect for us. The pool and the very close beach (20 yards?) kept the kids and adults busy all the time. Everything we needed was on the main level, with no steps (important to us). Snorkeling and good restaurants nearby, one of the best beaches in the world right outside our patio and, of course, the view, the incredible view, all the time. Marjorie provided us excellent service, tackling quickly the few, minor problems that did arise. So, no complaints, we would return, in fact, we are starting to plan our next trip. We feel that there is no better place to stay in TCI than Villa 23 on Grace Bay!

Turks and Caicos

Villa 23 (Villa Serenity House) was perfect for our large family group. The outside area has plenty of seating for lunches and laying out. The dining room table seats 12 people. We spent New years week here and had a perfect view of the fireworks at all of the resorts down father on Grace Bay Beach. The location was nice, close to Snorkelling, great sandy beachfront, and long beaches for walking on. We also liked being a bit removed from all of the resorts that were packed with people this week. The pool is able to be heated which we needed this week even if it costs a bit more. Marjorie the property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Great trip. The only issue is the water pressure is not very strong and can have a hard time keeping up with the showers and dish washing etc, of our group. But was not a big issue.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 24 (Villa Seacliff) not only met but exceeded our expectations. The location, water and views were amazing. We had such a relaxing and fun time.

Turks and Caicos

Probably our absolute favorite vacation ever. we love the beach and the water, best we have been to and we have been to many. the house is beautiful, the views are amazing, people are friendly. we all wanted to plan our next trip back before we left.

Turks and Caicos

Perfect setting and location for a family event. The space was large enough to get away but small enough to be intimate. You could see the sunrise and the sunset. Water was crystal clear and a very short walk to a quiet beach with great sand and no crowds.

Turks and Caicos

The stunning photos on your web site do not do this house justice. I am not normally at a loss for words, but it exceeded my expectations and hopes significantly. The service from the moment we arrived in Provo to the moment we left was exemplary, car rental organized and the house provisioned. Maid service was quiet and efficient and effective! Some of my visitors fully plan to rent this property in the future.

Turks and Caicos

I recently stayed at Villa 26 (Five Turtles Villa) with 5 other adults and 2 kids under 3 years old. The house was exactly as pictured in the photos. The only difference is there is actually more outdoor pool furniture which was an added bonus. The house was extremely comfortable and well stocked. Every kitchen appliance and utensil we needed was provided, there were plenty of beach towels and toys and the living room contained tons of games, children's toys, DVDs, books and CDs. The location on Taylor Bay is perfect for people with small children. The pool is right out the back door. To get to the beach you walk about 50 feet out the back door and you're on the beach with the only 2 trees on all of Taylor Bay. The water is clear, warm and shallow. We had to walk out about 200 feet to get to deeper water, but that was okay because we had little kids with us. The water is calm and perfect for a relaxing float on one of the many floating instruments provided in the house. There are Kayaks, too, if you want to take a row. If you're into sandcastles, there are plenty of buckets and shovels for expert sandcastle making. We debated staying in Grace Bay or Taylor Bay. We made the right choice. There were multiple families who took day trips over to Taylor Bay (where this villa is located) and told us that the water was too rough and steep for their kids. We rented a car for the week and were able to get everywhere we wanted to go easily. The rental company provided us with beer, fruit and snacks so that when we arrived we wouldn't be hungry or thirsty. What a nice touch! Overall this house was very comfortable, fully-loaded and perfect for my family with small children.

Turks and Caicos

My wife, myself, and a group of friends spent a week at Villa 26 (Five Turtles Villa) in September of 2012. I must say that this was a truly remarkable vacation. This beach-front home is absolutely gorgeous and very functional. Each of the four large and very comfortable bedrooms has a view, and there are very comfortable living and dining rooms. The house sits on a beautiful, crescent shaped bay with crystal clear waters and clean white sandy beach. The house has two-person kayaks that are perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The sea was always calm when we were there, and we spent most of our days migrating between this wonderful beach, and the area around the swimming pool. There are many coves and beaches to explore on the island, and the management team was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and places to explore. They even arranged, on two occasions, for a remarkable chef to come and grill fresh fish, lobster and seafood for us. In short, Villa 26 is perfect for either a family or a group of friends, and we plan to come back as soon as possible.

Turks and Caicos

This is perfect escape. The villa is breathtaking. It is recently refurbished, obviously by someone with a very good taste. The atmosphere in the house is cosy, but the real jewel is a beach, specially in the afternoon when sun goes down. We spend a time in a place like in a haven. Beautiful sea, house own beach, swimming pool - that was what I needed for me and my family on holiday. Villa 26 has excellent position. The place is quiet, but if you want to go around everything is near. I believe we will come back. It is one of the best vacancies I've ever had.

Turks and Caicos

Turks & Caicos was perfect destination for a honeymoon; a paradise island of privacy, tranquility and relaxation. Villa 26 (Five Turtles Villa) was Heaven! We were totally blown away by its beauty and perfect location that afforded us one glorious sunset after another. We enjoyed every aspect of it. One of our favorite nights was firing up the grill for a meal of lobster tails, salad, fresh bread and champagne! We loved our morning tiptoe down to the beach for a good swim and late afternoon for refreshing beach cocktails. When we next return to Turks & Caicos we will definitely seek to rent Villa 26 once again. Please let the owners know how much we enjoyed their home.

Turks and Caicos

The customer service at this resort was the most unbelievably attentive that I am almost regretful that I have experienced something as amazing at this in my lifetime. Our stay at this resort has set our travel standards to a whole new level. We stayed in Villa 29 (Ocean Pavillion 115) and ever amenity was heavenly. From the privacy to the electronic shades, to the soaking tub to the decor, this was superb. Our own private beach was simply unforgettable and other-wordly. We felt as if we were on our own island with our own private caterer, concierge and attendants. The food, food preparation and service was exquisite. If you enjoy southeast asian influences, this is the best food you have ever had. The tennis courts and service (they had our appropriate size shoes, cooler filled with Gatorade, rackets and balls) was "off the hook". We felt like we were pro's at the Us Open. I could go on and on, but overall, this was the resort and honeymoon of a lifetime and I cannot wait to go back and/or try another Aman resort. They are truly what dreams are made of.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 56 (Pool Pavilion Amanyara) is your place. My wife and I chose a pool pavilion. Each pavilion has its own private deck, garden, and of course the immaculate pavilion itself -which is simply an elegant and functional bedroom suite. The pavilion pool is wonderful. Room service can be delivered to your pavilion at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Essentially, if you want to you can stay in the pavilion and have a terrific getaway with your loved one, it is possible and enjoyable. When you decide, you want to wander out to the rest of the resort, the beautiful beach, spa, snorkeling, sailing, and movie theater provide enough entertainment to keep a person busy, but if you are a person that needs constant stimulation, this resort probably will run its course in a few days. Other points: The service from the staff is excellent. From the beach to the restaurant to the management of the resort itself, your happiness is foremost in their mind. That does not mean that everything is perfect -but perfection is clearly the goal of the staff at Amanyara and they are trying to reach it. The food is excellent. It does become repetitive after a few days, but if you have any special request for food, they are honored. The staff did learn what you liked to drink and would present it to. The walk from our Pavilion was less than 5 minutes to the beach and all other major attractions. Some of the pavilions were probably 5 minutes from our pavilion. So, it was possible to have a ten minute walk to your desired destination. If this walk is too much for you, I would suggest asking for a closer pavilion. In some respects though, this should be expected -given the level of privacy each pavilion provides to you. There was construction at the beach resort. It was expected to be completed before October but alas it was not. It seems like Off season is when construction is done at Amanyara and if the noise does ruin your experience -probably go at a time when the rates are at their peak. In conclusion, go to Amanyara if you need to relax, recharge, and experience wonderful food, natural beauty and amazing service. I for one can not wait to return.

Turks and Caicos

My girlfriend and I were looking for a very private and luxury beach vacation. We found it at Amanyara and left engaged! The hotel has extremely private rooms and is spread out enough that you are almost never bumping into other people unless you want to. The food and service was excellent. I recommend the beach rooms and doing one of the private dinners. This place is made for couples and we did not see any kids while there, though I am sure kids would have fun also. Most the guests were young couples either honeymooning or on vacation. Mostly New Yorkers and a few Europeans and Texans.

Turks and Caicos

My wife and I, along with our best friends, both celebrated our 20th wedding anniversaries recently. After doing extensive research on different destinations around the world, we finally decided Villa 32 (Amanyara Beach Villa) was the place. Neither couple had ever stayed at an Aman resort, so needless to say, we were in for a huge treat! Upon our arrival into Providenciales, we were greeted by our driver who whisked us away in our Land Rover to this gorgeous resort tucked away in what seemed to be located the middle of a hidden sanctuary. We were greeted by hotel management and staff welcoming us to this simply elegant and stunning oasis in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Originally we requested a pond pavilion but a beach pavilion was available instead. Although more expensive, we are so glad that we stayed in the beach pavilion. The attention to detail in the pavilion was nothing shy of amazing. Dining options consisted of two restaurants on site, both of which served delectable entrees with gorgeous views of the Caribbean. Service was impeccable. Everyone knew us by name. It's almost as though they were anticipating our every need. There are some places that are put on the bucket list and there are places that you'd also want visit again and again. Amanyara is one of those places that you'd definitely want to experience at least once. But be forewarned, once you you go you'll definitely want to return...

Turks and Caicos

An exceptional experience in a secluded, tranquil and relaxing location. The private pavilion had peaceful lake views and was surrounded with foliage – not another person in sight. The service was superb and the food exceeded our expectations. The architecture of the resort was quite simply breathtaking. We were there for a birthday celebration and we couldn’t have made a better selection for the occasion. The staff arranged a private birthday dinner in a beautifully designed open air ocean cove with lanterns and a roaring bonfire. It’s the small things that count. We were provided private transportation to and from the airport. We were able to arrange a private scuba diving trip with a pickup directly from the beach at our resort and we were never told ‘no’ when we had a request. The resort is costly but worth every penny.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 31 (Amanyara) is an otherworldly experience, a dream-like location to which you can only hope to return one day in this life. We had an truly amazing time and there were none of the problems I've seen others report here. Service was amazing from the pick-up at the airport to our final farewell. The beach is truly one of the best on the planet. The food would be classified top-notch but pales in comparison to the rest of the experience.

Turks and Caicos

Staying at the Amanyara can only be compared to places on the other side of the world. The beauty and service is similar to privacy-oriented resorts on the Barrier Reef or South Pacific. The difference is that it took a few hours and we skipped the jet lag. If you are looking for busy active nightlife, this is not the place. If you want amazing, helpful, perfect service and beautiful bungalows, this is the place. Another note: This is a very expensive resort but you get what you pay for. You never wait for a table, you always can find the perfect chair or day-bed by the pool or beach, and this really eliminates that any stress at all.

Turks and Caicos

This resort is hands down most beautiful place we stated in the Caribbean, perhaps world. The resort is intimate and service impeccable. We had an Ocean Pavilion with an incredible view. Spa, tennis, beach all. 5 star

Turks and Caicos

After arriving we went to our extravagant room we set off to the tennis court.we were shocked as the first person we saw was.......ROGER FEDERER. He stays there every year around april. Anyways the tennis teachers extremely nice and the waiters are attentive .the buggy drivers are quick. We highly recommend going deep sea fishing. We caught 7 giant fish!!!?????!!!!

Turks and Caicos

I went to this hotel/restaurant with 10 friends, and have to say I'm not easily wowed, but this place was so beautiful, that all we could do was say - "God, look at that" - "look at this". The whole experience is something I'll never forget. We drove what seemed like hours along winding pot holed roads to get to a gatehouse and barrier at what we assumed was the right place - and asked (because there are no signs advertising it at all!!) is this Amanyara? - and fortunately the lady at the barrier confirmed indeed it was, checked our reservation, and then lifted the barrier. We were met at the car park and shepherded into the main area of the restaurant and bar. We had a drink at a table facing an infinity pool and the ocean - and just took in the surroundings. At every turn there was something that took the breath away. A maitre-d came over and chatted to us about the place and was very informative about the whole 'Aman' experience. We asked why there wasn't any signposts anywhere, and he simply replied - there is no need to advertise, "the people who need to know - know where we are"!! - We were told that no cameras were to be used whilst being here, as many guests didn't want their pictures ending up in magazines or papers! - obviously it's so secluded that many celebrities we were told visit the resort on a regular basis. There are individual villas with private pools, and a chef on hand if you need such a thing! There are 24 hotels/resorts around the world, and each tries to take in the natural beauty of the area. He told us that the Turks and Caicos was a particularly good example of this, and several features had been used to the optimum. We then went to our table and had a wonderful meal - beautifully presented, and the taste was to die for. I had the Thai Green Curry with Jasmine rice, and can honestly say that it was the best I have ever eaten, and I've had hundreds! Yes it is pretty expensive, especially to stay there but with the atmosphere and service - which was attentive but not 'in your face' was impeccable. it's a whole dining experience that's certainly well worth treating yourself to - and we did pay more at other establishments on the Island, so although it is a 'high end' place, I really think you got value for money - and as for the whole Thai feel to the place it was just magical - a heavenly/surreal experience. The only gripe I would mention is that the bottled water which is offered at regular intervals is $8 a bottle, and they aren't big. Our bill was increased by $80 !! - other than that - enjoy this little bit of heaven and live like a celebrity - even if it is for only one night. A visit here is a must.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 40 (Villa Shambahala) was an incredible place to spend a week with family and friends. Steps from the beach, beautiful pool, gorgeous master suite and plenty of common areas for hanging out together. Truly a perfect vacation.

Turks and Caicos

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa 40 (Villa Shambahala). The beach was beautiful and very private and the villa is close to everything - restaurants, grocery stores, and excursions. We had many amazing dinners and loved the excursions we took - snorkeling with Big Blue and Snuba, to name a couple. It was a wonderful vacation and we wouldn't hesitate to return!

Turks and Caicos

There could not be a more perfect house for four couples than Villa 40 (Villa Shambahala)! The house leaves nothing to be desired for it has everything imaginable: four bedrooms/baths with ocean views, outdoor kitchen, two covered porches, tv room, pool, hot tub, great view, wonderful beach, beautiful landscaping, etc., etc. Every day woke up in Paradise!

Turks and Caicos

We had a wonderful time. This villa was perfect for our needs. It is a vacation that we will remember for a lifetime! The staff was so nice and helpful. Our family took walks on the beach, kayaked and enjoyed playing in the ocean.

Turks and Caicos

Great place for us as a family to get together and get away from all the hustle and bustle and just relax and spend some quality time together. Enough room that we could all do things together and yet have our private times as well. At times felt like we were the only ones on the Island yet we were just a short distance from the great restaurants and shopping. We had some meals catered , did most ourselves and tried the restaurants in town all experiences were great. Safe swimming and great beach put us at ease with the kids playing in the ocean when they got tired of the pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and sitting out under the stars enjoying a cocktail and talking about what we did that day and what we might do in the days to come.

Turks and Caicos

We stayed in this villa last week. It is as beautiful as the pictures. It was immaculate when we arrived and is very well-maintained both inside and out. There were 8 of us- 4 middle age parents and 4 young adult 'children'. It was perfect for us. It is indoor/outdoor living at it's best. Every room has doors you can open to let in the island breezes. We were a bit worried about insects, but saw almost none. We used almost every inch of the villa including the crow's nest (beautiful views), and tiki hut bar (great for hanging out at night). We never ate at the beautiful dining room table because the weather was perfect every day and who wants to eat inside when you are on a beautiful tropical island. The beach is steps away from the back gate and it is beautiful and serene. There are very few people on this end of the beach because there are no resorts nearby.

Turks and Caicos

When you enter Villa 95 (Villa Oceanside Tower), you will see a sign that reads "Another Day in Paradise". This sign neither exaggerates nor disappoints. We have just returned from two glorious weeks in a most beautiful setting. This was our fourth trip to Turks and Caicos, and - by far - the most wonderful and memorable. Our deepest decisions were whether to laze on the deck, float in the infinity pool or swim in the magnificent turquoise waters of the southern side of Provo. Or, just stare at the water, and watch nature unfold. From the pool, we were able to see turtles and nurse sharks swimming by in the ocean, and we had a eagle ray duo that greeted us each morning as we had breakfast on the deck. The serenity and solitude of Oceanside Tower provided us with an extraordinary experience. The southern exposure allowed us to view magnificent sunsets every evening. On the other side of the island from the hotel strip on Grace Bay (but only a 15 minute drive should one wish to dine at one of Provo's wonderful restaurants), Oceanside Tower was truly exceptional. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Paradise.

Turks and Caicos

We are family of eight and had a great time here. The location is unbelievable with good snorkleing right out in front. A wonderful pool to relax in and watch sunsets. Cool breezes (which were very appreciated). The house its self is very nice and fits it location looks wise. It has a screened patio to eat dinners in if the insects bother you. The owner is also very helpful with all the local knowledge. All in all the best house and experience we have had in all our trips to the Carib/Atlantic area. PS If you dive this place is a gem.

Turks and Caicos

We just got back from a week in paradise at the Villa 95 (Villa Oceanside Tower). We strongly agree with the owner's description of the house and previous reviewers. Only positive experiences to share! A few highlights of the house include: 1) Located in a quiet, yet convenient part of town: Situated ~15 minutes away from the airport, it is an easy drive to many tasty restaurants and the best beaches. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel during our stay and felt very safe taking walks/runs in the morning. It was a nice break from city sounds to fall asleep to the sound of crashing ocean waves each night. 2) Good layout to suit many type of travelers: Our group consisted of four adults and one toddler. The party of three stayed on the lower level (walk out basement) which has three bedrooms and one jack-n-jill bathroom. The other couple stayed in the master on the main floor which has an en-suite bathroom. Also on the main floor are a spacious kitchen and living room, screened-in porch, and an open porch. The open porch is every vacationers dream - breath-taking view, infinity pool, comfortable lounge chairs, hammock, outdoor dining area, grill, and stairs down to the ocean. The top level is a single room in the tower with a 360 view and an awesome breeze! 3) Save your suitcase room for some snacks (food is expensive on the island) and only pack the basics: The house has any kitchen gadget, linen, or beach toy you might need. There is even a washer and dryer as well as several clothes racks so only need to pack your beach wear (in general, attire on island is very casual) and toiletries. We particularly liked that the house has a crib to make travel with a toddler easy and the endless number of movie choices and books to keep us entertained in the evenings. The welcome guide had good recommendations to the island's best restaurants and beaches.

Turks and Caicos

My husband and I just spent a great week at Villa 94 (Blanca Villa) and didn't want to leave. We love this location on TCI because it is quiet and the water in Chalk Sound is the most beautiful blue. The villa is situated off Taylor Bay Beach which is terrific for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. Pretty much everything really. It is calm, oh so clear and shallow. Every evening we would sit on the terrace and watch the sunset. The outdoor furniture is different than the pictures and better now in my opinion. The plunge pool is all we needed and breezes all the time so no bugs for us. The villa was clean and bright and Sandra's (the owner) artwork added a splash of color. Our bedroom looked out over the beach. The other bedroom looks toward chalk sound. The villa is right off a dead end road so little traffic, but some cars go by and then turn around before the last villa. We like our privacy and threw the beach towels over the railing so people couldn't see us. Introverted what can I say. :) Highly recommend and our favorite restaurant "Las Brisas" is just a short distance away.Thank you to Patrick, Sandra and Julian for taking such care of your villa and it's guests.

Turks and Caicos

Wish we were still there! Just returned and am in the throws of a major depression! We loved TCI and thought the villa was quite nice and represented a great value.

Turks and Caicos

Views Galore! This home boasts some of the most spectacular views I've ever seen! The interiors are nicely done and comfortable but the outdoor living areas are amazing! Really enjoyed our stay!

Turks and Caicos

Casual but comfortable and located in an ideal location just a minute from Sapodilla Bay Beach. Also, near Las Brisas Restaurant (not to be missed).

Turks and Caicos

Intimate and Great for 2 Couples. We found Serene villa to be very nice during our recent stay. We were two couples and the design and separation of bedrooms was nice. The interiors are not large or lavish but comfortable. Nice location

Turks and Caicos

Such a beautiful place! The views were out of this world amazing, priceless! Villa was very clean and spacious. Loved hanging out by the pool or going down by the water every day (the steps going up and down was a good exercise). Had no desire to leave the place and go somewhere else to hang out, it was just perfect. Can't wait to visit again!

Turks and Caicos

We stayed at this wonderful Villa last week. The house was in the best location. It was very quiet and relaxing. The view is truly amazing and you can stare at the clear blue water all day. We went snorkeling and swimming many times right from the dock at the house. The water was always so calm, clear and shallow. You can walk so far out and never be above your shoulders. My seven year old was able to walk around right from the dock. We had a great time kayaking and snorkeling. We saw so many amazing fish just steps away from the house. We are already planning on when we can go back.

Turks and Caicos

The views were spectacular including sunrise and sunset. Relax by the pool with a glass of wine or just enjoy the warm sun.. Swimming in the pool or in the ocean was wonderful. The home was great for our family and fulfilled the peace and quiet we were looking for. We would return!

Turks and Caicos

Absolutely amazing, my family had a blast, and met expectation overall. Place were clean and modern, best maintain, and well organized, quiet and spacious with adequate amenities (tea/coffee maker microwave etc.). One visit to Villa 68 (Villa Splendida) and you will enjoy every sunshine. Location very private, already in making plans for next year, and would definitely recommend.

Turks and Caicos

Exceptional chalet inside and out! So close to lifts and shops, wonderfully clean and beautifully cozy and practical for our large family. Amazing skiing in the three valleys and wonderful even staying in charming St Martin with the little ones on the nursery slope. All in all a fantastic week!

Turks and Caicos

We were two family of 4 staying in the house, and it was fantastic. We all agree it was the best holiday we have had. The house is just sufficiently removed from the road as to be very private, with the view of a gorgeous green canopy from the very large upper deck. The home was open and very well ventilated, it featured a gorgeous new kitchen and a very open area. Due to many door and windows, the ocean breeze circulated though the house throughout the day. Location wise was perfect. A three minute walk to a not-over populated gorgeous turquoise beach, another minute walk along the beach to a restaurant/bar overlooking the beach, and a stunning protected (cordoned-off) reef stunningly located just 50 ft off the beach, free to snorkel at your leisure (personnel at the small resort nearby door was very accommodating to renting out snorkeling equipment). In summary, a perfect location on a perfect beach. We prepared most of our meal, and a full up-scale grocery store was 3 minutes drive away. Although a car is not strictly necessary, I would definitely recommend renting one, as there is lots to see within a 10 minute drive considering the location is pretty central to the island.

Turks and Caicos

We stayed at Villa 71 (Hideaway Villa) for 1 week. It was very clean and neat, not over cluttered and very contemporary. Clean lines, towels, dishes and kitchen. All appliances are new and all in great working order. The location is about 2 blocks from the beach, 2 great bars, 2 great restaurants. This beach is 1 of the best we saw super clean and only another 2 blocks walk left to a great snorkeling reef. The water was terrific, very clean and very warm. We stayed with 6 family members and had plenty of room in the warm quiet Villa acreage. It is comfortably hidden in the local vegetation with a view over the canopy of the area. This is a great spot just far enough away from everything with plenty to do. It is modestly priced for all it has to offer. We were all very happy with our visit and would return without discussion for another visit. You should definitely rent a car for you can travel around the island. We roamed around from the North Marina and Couch farm to the other westend marina, Chalk Sound and shopping at Salt Mill. It is a beautiful Island with a lot to offer.

Turks and Caicos

We liked the secluded, privateness and the comfortable open and bright feel of the villa. We had everything we needed at the villa and were close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store.

Turks and Caicos

This house is beyond what I could have ever imagined. As soon as we walked through the door and greeted by Emma with delicious Rum Punch we soon realized this was going to be a vacation we would never forget and always cherish. The views from every inch of this house were so remarkable it almost made it impossible to leave and plan other activities the island had to offer. We stayed in the house with three other couples and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Every room in the house was perfect. All the bedrooms/bathrooms were large and private. The beds were VERY comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and grill our fresh caught fish. The private beach......WOW! Emma and her staff were awesome and contributed to making this the best vacation thinkable. We will be talking about this house for years to come.

Turks and Caicos

The Villa was even more gorgeous than in the pictures, and the privacy it provided was an additional welcome surprise. The Villa was impeccable - great layout for socializing or relaxing, and incredible views that you could stare at all day. We used the chef for breakfast, lunches and one of the dinners - all the meals were fantastic and the staff was courteous and attended to all of our needs without being intrusive. I was traveling with 9 other people, all of which have had extensive travel experience and we were all in agreement that this was one of the best trips we've had in a long time. I really cant say enough great things - it was truly an amazing trip and I will most certainly be coming back.

Turks and Caicos

We stayed at Villa 74 (Long Bay Beach House) in July 2013 for 1 week with 2 families. Kids ages were 3,7,12 and 17. Everybody had a great time. The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished! Within foot steps you are in the turquoise Caribbean water. The view from the porch is absolutely incredible!! Snorkeling right off this beach we saw lots of beautiful fish. Even some lobsters. The house is only a few minutes driving time away from grocery store and other shops and restaurants on Grace bay. We also did the semi submarine ride with the smaller kids and highly recommend it! The property manager was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. All in all a great vacation and we sure would return to Long Bay Beach House !!

Turks and Caicos

My family and I had the most amazing time at Villa 74 (Long Bay beach house). The pictures do not do it justice and cannot portray the peace and tranquility we experienced. From the property managers, Wendy and Val, to the grounds keeper, service was 5 star. Awesome sunrises, walks on the beach, beautiful water, seclusion, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. As testament to our stay, we immediately booked another week for the next year. This was decided while at the house when we realized we don't need to look any further. This is a perfect vacation spot.

Turks and Caicos

What an amazing place. For wind lovers, this place has everything you could dream of. A superb location (kitesurfing is possible right form the balcony) and a well equipped house. The owners are really helpful for first timers on the island. I've been renting the house 2 times now and I really think this place is a must, for people looking for an amazing beach experience. If you hate resorts and crowded place, this place is for you.

Turks and Caicos

The villa, the view, the privacy, and the tranquility of the area helped to make my daughter's wedding holiday simply spectacular. We enjoyed Provo very much; we loved the horseback riding and parasailing and would suggest it to all who come to Provo. The snorkeling opportunities in front of the villa were a ‘must do’ for anyone vacationing here. The grotto with boardwalk and waterfall was a pleasant prelude to the sandy beachfront and also provided a beautiful backdrop for family wedding photos and private family events. We took the opportunity to use the local catering service and photographers for the wedding reception and ‘white’ party rehearsal, and everything was elegant, timely, delicious, and of high quality. While we dined at many local restaurants for evening meals, breakfasts, snacks and BBQ’s were easy to prepare in our fully furnished kitchen. All staff encounters were extremely professional and helpful, and our minute suggestion of supplying a BBQ brush to clean off the racks after use was immediately taken care of. The condition of the access road was the only thing that was less than ideal, a bit bumpy and unfinished (it is only a small section between the Highway and the access to the Villas at Bluemountain area and it is barely worth mentioning). We wouldn’t have changed a thing - my daughter enjoyed a fairytale wedding and it is partially attributable to the excellent staff, service and surroundings that Villa 75 (Cobalt Villa) provided. We would love to return someday.

Turks and Caicos

Stayed at Villa 77 (Villa Bella Vita) this spring with the family. House is amazingly designed inside & out, luxurious but very comfortable, spacious combined with property it sits on, located on one of the nicest private beach in TC, steps from the house. The heating pool, and included amenities like the outside BBQ, the kayaks & snorkel equipment, beach lounge chairs and concierge/villa manager Carmen was super friendly, responsive and dedicated to ensuring guests had a great time during our first visit to TC. Thanks Villa Bella Vita memorable family vacation.

Turks and Caicos

The villa is by far the most beautiful, well designed and accommodating I have ever experienced. Every detail has been carefully designed. It strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort – while situated right on the beach of one of the most beautiful islands in the world. I stayed for 5 nights with 7 couples, and it exceeded the expectations of all us in every way. I highly recommended!

Turks and Caicos

My husband and I stayed at Villa 78 (Villa Tropidero) as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. We LOVE Turks and Caicos and after vacationing and working in TCI over the last 15 or so years, we decided to try something different! Typically we've stayed on Grace Bay and a couple of times on North Caicos~ but for this special occasion we decided that we'd try a place with more privacy...a bit off the beaten path...and a place to hopefully recharge and reconnect - both with each-other and with the true natural beauty of the islands! Villa 78 DELIVERED! From the moment we touched down...everything was perfect and done with ease! The manager met us at the airport, where we picked up our car, (that was arranged by the owner) and led us to the home to our paradise for the week! The home and the property were perfect! The natural landscape and colors were soothing and calming but at the same time AWOKE the senses! The master bedroom was dreamy! Gorgeous views! Romantic decor! and a wonderful, private deck! The living area of the home was very comfortable and it was great having a fully stocked kitchen and grill to cook some of our meals when we didn't feel like going anywhere. When we DID head out on the island...the feeling of coming "home" to Villa 78 was so satisfying! The water of the Turtle Tail section of the island was wonderful! It was the perfect place to cool off, frolic in, swim and paddle through- as well as just LOOK at and TAKE IN the beauty!! The kayaks were a great addition to the home and many times we would jump in and kayak to the cays that were right outside our "door" and do a little exploring and get some exercise! The water was shallow enough to even walk to the cays! During our week stay....I can't tell you how many times we said "I'm so happy we chose this." We could have stayed on Grace Bay...with the crowds....But honestly I don't think we EVER will again! This home was perfect for a couple- but we are planning on returning with a group of friends or our family of 6 (when our children saw and heard about how wonderful it is they were VERY JEALOUS!).....or maybe if we get lucky again....we can escape JUST THE TWO OF US! Thank you to the Owners, Pamela & Kurt, for sharing your piece of paradise! Maybe someday we can be neighbors there ;)

Turks and Caicos

Villa 78 (Villa Tropidero) is a lovely, well-maintained villa on a very private beach. Our recent stay was truly delightful. Only 12 minute drive to great restaurants & a grocery store. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets in the peace and beauty of this very special setting.

Turks and Caicos

Prior to reaching this destination, Villa 78 (Villa Tropidero), in Turks and Caicos, I was wound up and stressed out with the everyday living of working within the corporate world. The trip to TCI isn't easy but, once I walked down the stairs of the airplane upon arrival, an instant feeling of relief and elation transformed me to a laid back island girl with a huge smile on my face. Villa 78 kept me smiling...the location is perfectly located on it's own private beach surroundings. I especially loved the many quaint areas that are available to absorb yet another beautiful scenic view. I was so relaxed the entire time, as well as feeling secure. Villa 78 has true island flare, it's multi island colors and individual room decor,is awesome!!! The owners sincerely CARE that the house guests are comfortable. The island is spectacular with it's 1st class food, turquoise waters, beautiful beaches, sea sports and much more. IT WAS ALL FABULOUS!!

Turks and Caicos

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. I absolutely loved everything. The master bedroom is huge!! Especially loved lying in bed and taking in the amazing view. The pool area was so tastefully done-the colors and the all of the foilage were beautiful. I often think of your little beach. The ocean was so perfectly warm and the family loved kayaking out to the cays and swimmming in the shallow water. Again, everything was perfect- the BEST vacation we ever had.

Turks and Caicos

Just a note to thank you for sharing your beautiful home. I loved waking up every morning to the most magnificent view. It was hard to get out of bed every morning. Our friends loved your home and said it was the best place we have ever rented (and we travel every year to a new island) Your staff is great, they were friendly and extremely helpful. We would love to bring our adult kids sometime in the future. Again, thank you so much for your hospitality.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 8 (Villa Mirabelle) was the perfect spot for a wonderful family vacation. We are a family of five with three adult children. This house could not have been better suited for our family vacation. Villa Mirabelle is beautifully designed and professionally managed. Every detail of the house was thoroughly planned out for a fabulous vacation to be had by all- from the private pool,to the multiple master bedrooms, to the soaring views. this home comes highly recommended! Some highlights for our family were paddle boarding/SUP's, kayaks, the sunset views, the beach at your doorstep, the huge pool, and even the surround sound speakers by the pool. If you want it, it's there. Also to make note of- Las Brisas restaurant was just a short five minute walk away from the house and quickly became our favorite restaurant on the island! We wished we could have stayed longer and we definitely plan to come back!

Turks and Caicos

We traveled with 5 couples from the Midwest. It was beyond what we expected! The house was spectacular! The property manager went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of. Your own private beach was like out if a movie! We can't wait to go back!

Turks and Caicos

Book this house now. You will not regret it. The photos don't do the house justice. It exceeded our expectations. The house itself is amazing. Great floorplan, perfect for a large family getaway. The finishes and thoughfulness that went into the house are truly impressive. The pool is gorgeous, large and warm! The beach is spectacular. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding or just floating around. The house a short drive to the airport and Grace Bay (where resorts and grocery store is). We ate at Las Brisas 4 times and loved it. You can walk to the restaurant from the house. I could go on and on about the house and Sapodilla Bay. We drove all over the island and I am very glad we stayed here. It really feels remote, but it is close to all. The house is very private, protected from neighboring houses by lots of plants, you barely even know you have neighbors. The cabana at the beach (with music piped in from the house) was perhaps the most relaxing place I have ever been in my life. We have already booked a stay for 2015! Cannot wait to go back.

Turks and Caicos

We just loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was a dream come true! It was fun, relaxing and just about perfect!!! We would recommend this property to anyone. We went fishing one day then sailing and snorkeling another but would have been content to stay at Villa 8 (Villa Mirabelle) the whole time! The owner was so easy to work with and helpful anytime we needed any information. The property manager was great also.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 79 (Villa Sublime) captured our heart and soul in British West Indies style. A great way to enjoy the sights of the islands and be able to come home to a beautiful home away from home with all the comforts a home provides. Privacy, home cooking or snacks, space, ability to refresh at our leisure, our own schedule, etc, etc. Fabulous sunsets and tropical paradise on the pool-patio that we will likely not ever forget!

Turks and Caicos

The villa was in a very quiet, upscale community. It was very spacious for my family of five. Each room had a beautiful view, and the sunsets were gorgeous. Very peaceful relaxing vacation. Hope to return.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 79 (Villa Sublime) was a perfect fit for what we were looking for, affording us the privacy we wanted, magnificent views in every direction, instant access to the turquoise waters and uninhabited beaches, peace and quiet and house amenities that made our trip one to remember. And having spent a week exploring the island and the many of the surrounding areas, we are certain we will be returning to TC! and to Villa Sublime. We already miss it.

Turks and Caicos

The house was wonderful. Situated in a dreamy locale. I would take morning walks to watch the sunrise and evening walks to catch the sunset at the edge of the property. We enjoyed the pool as well. If you are looking for some peace and serenity in a beautiful place, Villa 79 (Villa Sublime) is the place for you.

Turks and Caicos

The house was simply beautiful. Too big for just my husband and I but we loved it. Fresh fruit, water and condiments were stocked when we arrived. Swan with stingray, kayaked, snorkelled and totally relaxed on the beautiful beach.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 82 (Villa Isla) is a beautiful home located on Long Bay Beach which offers miles of brilliant white sand and gorgeous ocean which is the most incredible shade of blue I've ever seen! The home is spacious and offers stunning ocean views. The pool is immense and seemed to float out into the ocean.

Turks and Caicos

We had an amazing time at this villa! The home is striking and tastefully furnished. The best features are the large outdoor areas and views that go on and on and on!

Turks and Caicos

Villa 83 (Villa Alta Vista) was a perfect setting for our getaway. The property was very well maintained and the views were stunning. I especially enjoyed the large deck with bbq overlooking the marina. The owner of the property was very helpful in answering all our questions prior to arrival and our stay at Alta Vista was the vacation we had dreamed of.

Turks and Caicos

We could not have picked a better place to spend our anniversary then Villa 84. This is our 3rd time in Turks and Caicos and the experience we had in this house is by far the best. Fifteen steps away is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Sapodilla Bay, and being out there with a group of 8 long time friends it was convenient not having to get in 2 cars and drive every time we wanted to go in the water. Not to mention the kayaks that come with the house are great on the crystal clear water where you can see every fish swimming by. It is very private and spacious and the tall rooms are beautifully laid out. The bedrooms have magnificent ocean views and lovely balconies to enjoy them. We dined out a few nights at Bay Bistro, Baci and Hemingways on the beach and tried a wide variety of food. But nothing beats grilling your own food and hanging out on the patio all day! Can't recommend this house enough, thanks for a wonderful vacation we will never forget!

Turks and Caicos

Property is exceptional, Sammy the chef was great, staff wonderful. Property manager very helpful.

Turks and Caicos

A fun time was had by all! It was a great family vacation for all ages.

Turks and Caicos

We went with two families, 9 people, and every one of us enjoyed the experience. The Villa is beautiful and is situated on a beautiful, near deserted beach 10 minutes from restaurants, golf. etc. The staff was absolutely terrific. They felt like family by the end of the trip. The cooking was better than any restaurant we went to on the island. Our assistant, Isaac, was exceptional. He was always there when you needed anything and anticipated every whim. Kim, the property manager, was essential in getting anything you needed on the island. All in all, the villa and staff were world-class.

Turks and Caicos

This place was wonderful, very Private and relaxing.

Turks and Caicos

We spent a week at Villa 84 (Villa La Koubba) in Provo. The property was even more amazing than the photos. Though we travel often, we normally stay at resorts, hotels and timeshare properties; however for our wedding we wanted a more personal and private location -- so we decided to rent a villa (our first time). Having stayed at timeshare properties, we expected to find a few appliances; but Villa 84 -- not only had everything we needed, but most things you would find in your own home. Everything about Villa 84 was quality...from the bedding to the cutlery set. The location could not have been more perfect for us and our wedding plans, which was to be married on a beautiful white sand beach with only family and friends in attendance...and Villa 84 on Sopadilla Bay was perfect. The property was very clean, well maintained and we were met at the door with welcome drinks upon arrival. Majorie, property manager, was more than helpful when answering question about where to go, what to do, or questions about the property it self. We kayaked around the bay; chartered a private snorkeling trip with Captain Bill who picked us up on the beach right outside the property. We had an awesome dinner at Las Brisas restaurant directly across the street, within walking distance -- the food, entertainment and staff were all great. We hope to return to Villa 84f annually and would recommend it for anyone who loves to be in a beautiful, fully equipped home right on a beautiful white sand beach.

Turks and Caicos

A great property for large families, we had 14 people including 6 children age 10 to 17. The villa provided everything we needed. The location is the very best, with easy access to the beach through a door on the villa. Great beach for every age. This villa is just as described. The property manager was outstanding and responsive to our every need. You will love the place.

Turks and Caicos

We have been to the Turks and Caicos Islands over ten times over the past 15 years. This time we took two other couples who had never been there. They were impressed beyond any expectations. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and doors to the infinity pool that overlooked the beautiful turquoise ocean. Initially I was concerned, as I thought this house was on Long Bay Beach. It was actually east of the beach. No worries, though, we had steps into the water, so there was no tracking of sand into the house. I think I liked it better for that reason. Claudius brought us kayaks, and there is good snorkeling 100 meters to the right of the house. I cannot say enough about this property! It had a perfect layout. The kitchen was well supplied, and even though there were many great restaurants, we loved eating at our house best. The location was perfect, as well. Grace Bay was a five-minute drive. There were many great restaurants in that area. Also, there was a gourmet grocery within a few minute drive. My heart ached as we left. I cannot get back soon enough.

Turks and Caicos

Villa 86 (Tropical Shores Villa) is beautifully situated, perched directly above Silly Creek with distant ocean views. Additionally, the front of the villa boasts vistas of picturesque Chalk Sound. A lovely, well maintained property inside and out, Tropical Shores is equipped with all the necessary amenities and has nicely appointed guests bedrooms with en suite baths. The house itself is elegantly furnished with a complete wrap-around patio overlooking a new pool and also includes access to a shallow water dock. Do kayak on peaceful Silly Creek and explore other beautiful villas in the area. Enjoy the sunset from the house's multiple decks which are outstanding. Buy sand chairs and an umbrella and explore the local beaches!

Turks and Caicos

This property was all it was advertised to be and exceeded our expectations. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need while you are there. There is a property manager to greet you at the airport and available to handle any issues that may arise. The activities abound on this private stretch of quiet sandy white beach; swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance. Grocery store within 10-15 minute drive. We would return in a heartbeat.

Turks and Caicos

This home was everything we had hoped for and more! The house itself is amazing and the pictures really do not do it justice. It's the perfect home for a large family or several couples because everyone has their privacy, but the common areas of the house are very suited to mingling and enjoying each others company (high ceilings and large common rooms). We made several friends staying in the surrounding homes and they are all beautiful, but we were extremely happy we picked this location. The pool was perfect, we used the bbq a few times, the kayaks were amazing... there is honestly not one thing I would change (especially now that Cindy, the owner, informed me she has purchased two stand up paddle boards for the house!)! There is also a fire pit that we used one night to make smores under the stars. The island itself is amazingly gorgeous. The water is beautiful and so serene. We were in the ocean everyday (obviously) and there was not a single day I went without swimming or paddle boarding with sea turtles right off our beach. The island is so small you never feel like you are far from anything so we went into the more lively Grace Bay a few times for dinner, but every time we were so pleased we had our private slice of heaven as opposed to dealing with the resort row full of tourists. I could go on and on, but my last point will be that the staff and owners are extremely wonderful and helpful. If we had any sort of question, we would call Dinesh, the property manager, and she would go out of her way to help us however she could. Dinesh and Cindy especially demonstrated their kindness when our flight was canceled because of a "historic winter storm" in the states and we were "forced" to stay on the island for an extra two days. Instead of stressing about checking into a hotel, we were lucky enough that the next family was not scheduled to arrive for a few days and Cindy and Dinesh were happy to help us out in our time of need. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I and our three children stayed here the first week in June and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The views the villa provides are awesome from so many different parts of the house, both inside and out, and we never got tired of looking at the blue water. Our kids practically lived in the pool and also ventured into the ocean at times. Taylor Bay Beach is a short walk away and we enjoyed our time there as well. The villa owner was very responsive leading up to the trip and Dinesh and Julian, the property managers, also helped whenever needed. The area where the villa is located is quiet and safe, which made us all feel comfortable. We quickly learned our way around the island and made several trips to the Grace Bay area. It typically took us around 20 minutes to get there, but it was easy to navigate. Having Las Brisas restaurant close by came in handy and we dined there three times. We also ate at Da Conch Shack, Mango Reef, Tiki Hut, and Seven Stars and enjoyed those experiences as well. Overall I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxation and unbeatable views. Great for families with kids as well.

This villa is perfect. Close to the airport, beautiful setting, easy swim or walk to Taylor Bay, spacious well-kept house, bigger-than-most swimming pool, well-stocked kitchen, very helpful staff. We are going back next year.

Turks and Caicos

First time villa renters, first time at Villa 91 (Sunset Point Villa), and second trip to Turks & Caicos – we were here once before as a one-day layover for a cruise (at Grand Turk). We spent 2 weeks at Villa 91 in October, and enjoyed every minute of it. First, Villa 91 is a terrific villa, well suited for groups of 8-10 people. The grounds are gated with a digital entry code. Each suite has its own private entrance and bathroom. Door locks are digital with number codes, which makes for less key card hassles. (One suite is in the main living structure, the rest are in the ‘second’ structure.) We had 4 couples in the villa, each staying in their own suite, and found that there was ample room for hanging out together, or in separate spaces. Beds were very comfortable. The great-room had enough seating for everyone with a large 6-seater glass-topped dining table, and a smaller 4-seat round ‘games’ table, couches and armchairs. We were easily able to fit all eight of us at the large dining table for dinners. The kitchen zone had a large island and peninsula with bar stools as well, making food prep and whatnot very easy. There were three different coffee makers, coffee grinder, and all the appliances required for easy living. There is also a large Webber BBQ just outside the dining room on the deck. Below the great-room, just off the pool deck, is a bonus room with ping pong table, second fridge, and TV area with easy seating for 6 and room for 8 in relative comfort. There is also a covered car-port with room for 2 smallish cars. The outdoor living spaces were good. There is plenty of deck for the 8 loungers we found available for our use. There is also an outdoor table and umbrella with enough chairs for us all as well. The pool is great. All 8 of us were able to play and hang out in the pool during the hottest times of the day with no problems. There were even a plethora of pool floats and fins for our use as well. Down from the pool deck area was a small dock with steps leading into the ocean. The depth varied with the tide from about 2’ deep to 3-3 ½’ feet deep when the tide was high. There’s also an anchored float just off the dock for those who want to lounge in the ocean and listen to the waves on the rocks. Pool floats were also available for use in the ocean, with a request that they be put away when finished so they wouldn’t drift away to parts unknown. There was a definite current in the water when the tides were moving, so any floating items would be carried away if not watched or put away. The facilities included wireless internet, satellite music, and speakers throughout the main areas of the property – including the pool deck. We were well entertained during our time here. We had maid service come twice during our stay, and they did a great job. The laundered all our sheets and towels, tidied up the kitchen and living spaces of the villa and ensured our toiletries were supplied. Dinesh, the property manager on-island, was great. She met us there on our first day to ensure we know all the ins and outs of the villa, and came back on our last day when we were having some technical difficulties due to a lightning strike that morning. During our stay we had 2 excursions from Ocean Outback that were fun, and rented a jet ski for an afternoon – and had it delivered to the villa. All in all, this was a great vacation, and a great villa to stay at. I would not hesitate to do so again the next time we’re vacationing in Providencialles.

My husband and I have always gone to Hawaii but after our trip to Villa 44 (2 Bedroom Beach House) at Parrot Cay, we will be going back there. It was one of our best trips. It is absolutely beautiful and the 2 bedroom villa was so romantic and private. Everything is taken care of and the staff are friendly and ready to take care of your every need. We felt very spoiled and loved the tranquility. The spa was wonderful and we can't wait to go back

Turks and Caicos

Everything was perfect, you'll find absolutely nothing to complain about. You will most likely bump into a few celebrities on your stay, or find yourself seated next to their table at dinner. I could go on about this place...just be prepared perfection.

Turks and Caicos

Beautiful, romantic...everything one would want or need is thought of and provided by your private butler. Gorgeous accommodations, views, the sand is so fine it feels like you are walking on baby powder
