Living Room Description
The epitome of graceful Mediterranean architecture, these four newly constructed villas bring the La Samanna experience to a new level. Featuring over 4,600 square feet of space, generous living quarters, master bedrooms with alcoves and oversized private terraces, the villas are palatial yet comfortable and laid back, with a Caribbean spirit.

Each of the villas at La Samanna feature a sunken living room, wrap-around terrace and pool, outdoor shower, outdoor and indoor dining rooms, an office area, oversized open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, three master bedrooms with their own master baths (four bedroom configurations also available), common second floor terrace with breathtaking views of Baie Longue, and independent entrances for first and second floor.

Villas feature fully equipped kitchens allowing guests the pleasure of entertaining in the villa. The interiors feature exquisite materials and incredible attention to detail, providing a luxurious home away from home for the discerning traveler.

Bathrooms Description
Ample bathrooms with a rain shower and a spacious tub. It includes bathrobes, hairdryers, L'Occitane bath amenities and fresh flowers.

• Note that La Samanna reserves the right to change or alter inclusions at any time.
• Cancellations must be made 45 days prior to arrival from Jan. 2,2013 to April 30, and 30 days prior to arrival at any other time (except Dec. 22-Jan 2) to qualify for a refund of deposit, minus 3 night penalty. Dec. 22-Jan 2 - 50% non refundable deposit at time of booking. full payment due Nov. 1 and is non refundable at that time. Any cancellations made within penalty will be charged 100% of the full stay .
• All the rates are based per villa, based on 8ppl occupancy in a 4 bedroom villa (6ppl in a 3 bedroom villa). Maximum occupancy for a 4brm villa is 10 guests (8 guests in 3brm villa). Extra person charge $75.00 per day. Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant is included for all guests.
